Our client is a multinational banking and financial services corporation.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling customer instructions, performing the required validations prior to processing
Handling customer queries, performing a relationship management function for our retail clients
Account opening – checking of documentation in accordance with checklist for non-borrowing retail accounts. Checking of GCIF input control sheets (prepared by CDDM) for borrowers and non-borrowers against documentation to ensure data is captured accurately
Once verified, capturing the appropriate information into the Bank’s systems (Midas+ and GCIF) – primarily performing the role of checker but also maker where required
Ongoing maintenance of customer static data in Bank’s systems and customer files as part of an annual review process and on an ad-hoc basis as and when changes are advised by customers / Relationship Managers
Maintenance of customer signatures and Central Repository of Indemnities
Reviewing documentation to determine key static data and connected persons for input into the Bank’s systems for FI and GT clients
Reviewing process efficiency to identify, recommend and implement improvements
Providing cover for other Account Services team members to ensure departmental workloads are met on time and to a high standard
Other projects / initiatives as directed by the Account Services Manager / Operations Manager
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ability to engage customers proactively and confidently
Ability to review customer documentation and extract key information
Ability to work with own initiative
Demonstrates attention to detail with extremely high standards in terms of data accuracy
