Our client is one of the fastest growing, independent asset managers in Europe. They are looking for a full or part-time position in the Compliance & Human Resources department at their Luxembourg location.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participation in the implementation of new fund projects including fund launches, mergers and liquidations
Support in the implementation of the internal compliance monitoring plan
Preparation of documents for meetings of the Board of Directors and taking minutes at various meetings
Support for the compliance department (e.g. processing KYC and due diligence requests)
Administrative support for the Human Resources department in Luxembourg and Munich as well as collaboration on labor law issues
Ongoing further development and digitization of work processes as well as support for various HR and compliance projects
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Legal studies or studies in business administration
2 years of professional experience in the investment fund industry
Knowledge of compliance and/or human resources desirable
Excellent communication and team skills
Flawless knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of reliability, sense of responsibility and absolute loyalty and discretion
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
