We are working with an overseas Corporate Bank who are searching for a Finance Officer to join the team. The firm are based centrally in Frankfurt offering up a 2-YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing daily accounting transactions and reports;
Preparation of Monthly, quarterly and annual Regulatory Reporting according to financial Institution requirements in Germany;
Corporate Taxation related task, Implementation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS and the associated reporting;
Preparation of budget calculations / projections;
Ad hoc analyses for the management;
Listings for the annual financial statements in accordance with the HGB;
Provision of data and reports for auditors and the management;
Handle the Branch’s corporate tax matters;
Preparing of Management Reporting and Disclosure Report;
Contact person for relevant topics and processes;
Review, revise and maintain the Polices & Procedures and corporate documents in the relevant area updated, according to the regulatory and Head Office’s requirements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3+ years experience in a banking environment dealing with all regulatory reporting requirements (i.e. Bista, ALMM, Ana Credit, LCR, NSFR, EinSig etc.);
Prior experience creating reports and using reporting software (BAIS)
Fluency in German and English
