We are working with an overseas Corporate Bank who are searching for an Operations Officer to join the team. The firm are based centrally in Frankfurt offering up a 2-YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support customer relationship management department in assisting customers with their account establishment;
Process the settlement of loan and treasury related business transactions;
Perform credit administration function including line set up, fee collection, principal and interest repayment notification and loan repayment transaction;
Process inward and outward remittances;
Process transactions of deposit business and related operations according to customer’s enquiries;
Other daily deposit operations;
Ongoing AML check;
Provide support and admin duties to the Customer Relationship Management Department;
Process the settlement of loan and treasury related business transactions;
Process cash, bank cheque and bank draft transactions;
Process trade finance operations.
Review, revise and maintain the Polices & Procedures and corporate documents in the relevant area updated, according to the regulatory and Head Office’s requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience in processing trade finance operations
2+ years experience in Loans and Treasury related Settlement, Deposit related transactions, Payments (In-and outward Remittance), Swift
Experience within a Corporate Bank
Fluent in German and English
