Operations Administrator – ISA Experience preferred
THE COMPANY:
Our client is an expanding wealth management firm, offering a broad range of services across financial planning, investment management through to settlement and custody services.
Please note, this role is based in Harrogate.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day duties will include data input, maintaining central spreadsheets, and maintain good paperless records for audit purposes.
Assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the Operations process, as and when required
Being the subject matter expert on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due diligence (DD) processes and be able to train internal, and possible external staff, on these processes
Maintaining up to date knowledge of company procedures and policies and completing compliance training in a timely manner
Any other duties in line with the level and scope of this role.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Strong verbal and written communication
Inquisitive and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
Proven ability to work within a team and on your own.
Experience with Microsoft 360 advantageous.
Client Data or Transfer knowledge preferable but not essential.
Experience within the financial services sector is advantageous but not necessary.
