Trainee Recruitment Consultant

 

We are a group of niche recruitment businesses with ambitious growth plans for both our Hampshire and London office.  We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to be based our Andover office with the opportunity to work overseas and help us achieve our growth plans. The aim of the role is to act as a subject matter expert in the risk, compliance, legal, operations, and accounting market offering an unrivaled recruitment experience to both our clients and candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;

Building relationships with clients; developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;

Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;

Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;

Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy.

 

You:

 

You’ll need recruitment, sales or account management experience.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Professional outlook with the ability to sell

Ability to build client and candidate relationships
