CASS Specialist

A leading international securities business is looking for a CASS Specialist to join its growing Operations team, reporting directly to the COO.

The role will focus on implementing and embedding CASS requirements across the business while supporting the business as it expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and implement CASS requirements, processes and controls.
• Support CASS implementation and ongoing oversight.
• Work closely with the wider Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support regulatory projects.
• Provide hands-on operational support
• Help build the operational infrastructure as the business grows.
• Potential opportunity to take on team leadership responsibilities as the function expands.

Requirements

• Strong CASS experience.
• Investment Banking, Securities or Markets Operations background.
• Experience across securities products desirable.
• Practical understanding of FCA CASS requirements and implementation.
• Hands-on, commercially minded and able to take ownership and add value.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior management.
