Our client is a partner-owned private client investment management firm, offering a range of discretionary and advisory services for UK and international clients.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and approve core regular and ad-hoc operational tasks
Supervise the Operations Analyst, including providing training and hosting regular catch ups
Manage and run the quarterly valuations process for the firm
Analyse large data sets and assist with data control and integrity
Assist on operational system maintenance and service provider relationships including internal user administration, technical upgrades and regular service reviews
Assist and manage projects including process improvement and automation
Cover for Operations Analyst and second cover for Office Manager
Support Head of Operations & Operations Team with ad hoc duties
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Proven experience in a similar role in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Proactive, ability to use initiative and be flexible.
Good attention to detail and ability to improve processes.
Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.
Confident, courteous, friendly and approachable with good communication skills, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
IT literate with a willingness to learn other tools as required, including SQL
Basic industry knowledge.
