Operations Resilience Contractor

We are looking for an experienced Operations Resilience Contractor to support the implementation and enhancement of operational resilience frameworks, with a strong focus on DORA requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support operational resilience implementation projects across the business.
• Support DORA implementation and regulatory requirements
• Review and enhance operational resilience frameworks, policies and processes.
• Conduct business impact assessments, scenario testing and resilience assessments.
• Work closely with Operations, Risk, Technology and Compliance stakeholders.
• Support project planning, governance, MI and delivery against key milestones.
• Identify resilience gaps and develop practical remediation plans.
• Provide subject matter expertise on operational resilience and regulatory change.

Key experience required:

• Strong background in Operational Resilience / Business Continuity within financial services.
• Proven experience delivering operational resilience implementation projects.
• Good understanding of DORA and its practical implementation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to start at short notice for a contract assignment.
