THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritising risks across the organisation. Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Assist in the internal model validation process, providing support and insights to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Help develop and update risk management policies and procedures. Ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present risk reports to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on risk assessments.
Work closely with various departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management. Engage with external stakeholders as needed.
Contribute or lead aspects of in-depth reviews of specific risk areas to uncover underlying issues and opportunities for improvement. Provide detailed analysis and actionable recommendations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A proven experience of working in teams with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and develop excellent relationships will be paramount
Intellectual curiosity, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrable experience of operating within a varied and busy Risk Management environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on precision and accuracy
The ability to adapt to changing priorities, and structure work to meet internal requirements
