We are working with a regular client of ours who have an international footprint in the corporate service provider space. The client is looking for an Interim Compliance Administrator to join the team.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing client entities periodical reviews and addressing potential issues and reporting to the Head of Compliance & MLRO(RC).
Managing, identifying and assessing regulatory risk, if relevant;
Drafting internal and external reports if required;
Keeping registers of politically exposed persons, conflicts of interests, breaches, complaints and outsourcing up to date, if necessary.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 2 years experience within a Luxembourg regulated financial service firm, ideally a fund/ corporate service provider.
Prior experience within remediation & periodic review tasks/ projects.
Fluency in English is a must, French an asset
